Beginning with 2004 Wisconsin QSO Party, we are going to allow stations to 
submit an electronic entry for the QSO Party. Electronic entries are not 
mandatory. You can still submit entries to our POB. Electronic entries may 
be emailed to k9kr@powercom.net.

We are suggesting that the Cabrillo template we have developed be used for 
electronic log entries. The template we are using is based on a text format 
with an 80 column page, as shown below. 

An electronic entry will consist of: 1) a summary sheet; 2) the log data; and
3) a dupe sheet, if the entry is large enough. Please submit the summary sheet
with your callsign followed by the extension ".txt " - i.e. "K9KR.TXT"  
Please submit the log information with your callsign followed by the extension
" .log " - i.e. "K9KR.LOG"  The dupe sheet submission is up to you.

data ends up in the various columns of the template.
